HeatSpares ships to trade accounts across the European Union from our warehouse in Belgium.
Zones and carriers
- Zone 1 – Benelux (BE, NL, LU): typically 1-2 business days.
- Zone 2 – Germany, France, Austria, Ireland: typically 2-3 business days.
- Zone 3 – Rest of EU: typically 3-5 business days.
Carriers we work with (per zone and package): DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, PostNL, Bpost.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout on country, weight, order value and package size. Free shipping above a country-specific order threshold may apply once the shipping engine is live.
Duty, VAT and customs
For intracommunautaire deliveries with a valid EU VAT number, VAT is reverse-charged. See VAT information (LisaJurist).
